Return Policy

We provide fast delivery and on-site installation within Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi. After delivery, our technician will help the customer check the product during installation.

If the customer wishes to return the product, they must request the return within Same Day from the date of delivery. Once a return request is accepted, our technician will collect the product from the customer’s location at no extra cost.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • All original accessories, packaging, and invoice must be provided at the time of return.

  • The product should not be physically damaged or tampered with.

Free Installation:
If the customer decides to keep the product, our delivery technician will perform free installation at the time of delivery.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process the refund within the Same business days.

Refund will be issued via the same payment method used during the purchase (UPI, Wallet, Bank Transfer, etc.).

In case the product is found damaged, missing parts, or not in returnable condition, the refund may be partially issued or declined. We will inform the customer in such cases.


Exchange Policy

If the customer wants to exchange the product (instead of returning it), we offer product replacement within Same Day, subject to stock availability. No extra pick-up charge will apply.
